“Dustin?” Glenn was the first to break the silence. He had heard rumors about this rising contender but wasn’t entirely convinced.

“It doesn’t matter who I am. What’s important is who will win this match today,” Dustin replied ambiguously. To Glenn, it sounded like confirmation.

Both fighters were at the top of the Legendary List and tied in the Astonishing World List. Until now, no one had been able to accurately measure their strength against one another.

“I heard you’re Seth’s disciple. I’m looking forward to this fight,” Glenn said, his eyes bright with anticipation. The audience roared, their cheers echoing like thunder. Half shouted for Dustin, while the other half chanted Glenn’s name. Both men had legions of supporters. The suspense of not knowing who would prevail only added to the excitement.

“Let’s go!” Dustin said, reaching out as the Celestial Blade flew into his hand, landing smoothly. Starting with his weapon was a mark of respect for Glenn’s skill.

Glenn didn’t hold back, summoning three magic swords from his sword box to hover around him. Unlike his previous match against Fenley, he was ready to unleash his full power.

“Reinforce the formation!” Orion Foster called out urgently as he felt the sharp energy surging from the ring. Three more masters from Sacred Wyrm Summit took their positions at the ring’s corners to stabilize the defensive formation. This final match carried an intensity unlike any previous bout, and the power of two master swordsmen could potentially shatter the barrier, endangering the audience.

“Activate!” Orion and the Sacred Wyrm Summit masters activated the defensive formation. A flash of light signaled the formation of a light-blue shield, resembling a massive eggshell, that surrounded the ring.

“Go!” Glenn commanded, sending his three swords streaking toward Dustin.

“Let’s do this!” Dustin swung the Celestial Blade, sending three black sword beams to meet the incoming attack.

“Bang! Bang! Bang!” The explosive collisions released powerful energy waves that crashed into the blue shield, creating ripples like a boulder splashing into water. The black beams didn’t repel the magic swords but managed to momentarily halt their advance.

Seizing the chance, Dustin transformed into a blur of black lightning, lunging for Glenn’s chest.

“Longyuan! Chengying! Kunwu!” Glenn reacted instantly, summoning three more swords. They shot forward without hesitation, aimed directly at Dustin.

“Sword Swinging Style!” Dustin flicked his wrist, and the Celestial Blade vibrated, forming a vortex around him that rotated outward. As the three swords closed in, they were caught in the force and veered off course, narrowly missing him.

Glenn’s eyebrows lifted in surprise. Seth’s disciple indeed lived up to his reputation with such refined swordsmanship.

“Shenque!” Glenn called, and his prized sword landed firmly in his grasp just as Dustin’s blade descended.

“Clang!” The Celestial Blade struck Glenn’s Shenque, the impact pushing Glenn back. Before Dustin could press his advantage, six magic swords closed in from behind, three targeting his upper body and three his lower.

Realizing the risk, Dustin abandoned his attack and turned to defense, parrying and dodging the incoming strikes.

Glenn seized the moment, lifting Shenque to join the fray, turning the match into a fierce exchange of swordplay.
