An Understated Dominance Chapter 2363 – As Father Adam dove toward him, Dustin calmly made a motion as if he were holding a sword, then swiftly swung it, sending out a black streak of light like a bolt of lightning.
“Swoosh!”
The black sword light shot forward with immense force, as if it could slice the sky in two, heading straight for Father Adam.
“What?!” Father Adam’s expression changed, feeling an overwhelming sense of danger.
Though the sword seemed ordinary, Father Adam’s heightened senses could detect the destructive power it held. He knew that if it hit, he would die instantly.
Reacting on instinct, Father Adam quickly abandoned his attack, flapping his wings to dodge in mid-air.
However, the black sword light was faster than him.
As he twisted his body to avoid it, the light still sliced through, leaving a deep wound and sending blood spraying through the air, painting the sky red.
“Ahh!”
Father Adam screamed as the sword cut off half his shoulder, along with his arm and wings. Blood rained down as he spun uncontrollably and crashed to the ground.
In just one strike, half of Father Adam’s body was destroyed.
“How… how can you be this powerful?!” Father Adam exclaimed, fear filling his face as he struggled to stand, ignoring the pain.
He realized that Dustin with and without the sword were two completely different fighters. Without the sword, Dustin’s attacks were strong but didn’t cause much damage beyond breaking some scales. But with the sword, Dustin became a deadly force, taking half his life with a single swing.
Even more terrifying, the sword’s energy was preventing Father Adam’s body from healing as quickly as before.
“You forced me to use my sword. You’re strong, but this is the end.” Dustin said, raising the Celestial Blade again.
“Wait! I surrender…” Father Adam panicked, but before he could finish, a second black sword light came rushing toward him.
Everything became silent as the deadly energy passed by.
“Ahh!” Father Adam let out a final scream.
In the next moment, the black sword light sliced through him. His body stiffened, and then boom! he exploded, scattering blood and flesh across the ring.
The audience fell into stunned silence, their faces filled with disbelief.
No one had imagined that Dustin, after using the sword, would be this powerful.
They had seen Father Adam’s strength multiply after growing wings, making him faster and more flexible. They expected Dustin to be overwhelmed by such an opponent.
But no one predicted that Dustin would not only hold his ground but easily defeat Father Adam.
The demon king, Father Adam, had been obliterated in just two strikes. It was unbelievable!
“Oh my god! Did that monster really get killed like that?”
“Unbelievable! I’ve never seen a sword so powerful!”
“Killing a demon with just two swings is terrifying!”
“I didn’t realize this kid was this strong. He’s the dark horse of the tournament!”
“Who is this guy? Why haven’t I heard of him before?”
“If Dustin isn’t on the Legendary list after this, I’ll be the first to complain!”
After a moment of shock, the crowd erupted into cheers.
Everyone gazed at Dustin, their expressions a mix of amazement, admiration, and pride. No matter who Dustin was or where he came from, he was from Dragonmarsh.
On that stage, he had defeated a foreign challenger, bringing glory to Dragonmarsh and all its warriors.
“I declare Dustin, contestant No. 8, the winner!” Orion Foster’s voice boomed like thunder.
Even the usually calm Taoist priest was stunned by what he had witnessed. He suspected that even he couldn’t have blocked those two sword strikes, let alone the foreign priest.
With such incredible power at such a young age, Dragonmarsh had birthed another remarkable genius!
“Yes, yes, yes! Dr. Rhys won!” Noemi and Kassidy cheered.
Grace, sitting nearby, sighed in relief. She had been anxious after seeing Father Adam’s demonic transformation, but luckily, Dustin had won in the end.
“This person… could it be him?” Fenley stared at Dustin in the ring, frowning in thought. The way Dustin wielded the sword reminded him of someone he had met a year ago—the top-ranked fighter on the Legendary list, Dustin Rhys!
