The students around immediately gathered in a circle, buzzing with gossip.

“What’s this huge news everyone’s talking about?”

“Does Anteoch University really have some big news? How come I haven’t heard anything?”

“I haven’t caught wind of anything either,” someone else added.

One of the girls, excited, said, “Of course you haven’t heard it! This major news has just been confirmed. I’m the first to get it, so you know it’s legit!”

“Then stop teasing us. Spill it! What’s the big news?”

“Well, listen up! This afternoon, a rising star in the business worlds coming to Anteoch University to give a lecture!”

A rising business star was coming to Anteoch University?

The whole group instantly lit up–especially the young, pretty girls

“What kind of business star? Is he good–looking?”

“Is he rich and handsome?”

“Come on, I know plenty of business CEOS–they’re mostly middle–aged bald men with beer bellies!”

The excited girl laughed, “You’re talking about those old CEOs. I’m talking about a rising star. Since he’s new, I bet he’s young, maybe handsome and rich, too!”

“Could be! Now I’m curious about this business star. I’m definitely going to his lecture this afternoon.”

“Me too!”

“Let’s all go together and see if he’s really handsome and loaded. We’ll find out this afternoon.”

The girls quickly made plans to attend the lecture together.

Halsey overheard their chatter. The words “rising business star” immediately brought a sharp, handsome face to her mind- Shaun.

Shaun was undoubtedly the hottest rising star in the business world at the moment. No one was more talked–about than he was.

Could it be him? Was Shaun coming to Anteoch University to give a lecture?

Halsey quickly pushed the ridiculous idea away. No way Shaun would come here to lecture. He was still tied up with work at the company and was super busy. When would he even have time?

Just then, one of the girls glanced at Halsey and said, “Come to the lecture with us this afternoon! We heard this rising star is really talented and has something valuable to say. It’ll be a good chance for us to learn!”
