The Breaking Point of Love or The Zillionaire’s Abandoned Wife Chapter 611
After Trevor’s last meeting with Wynn, Lilian and the rest of the family had believed it would be easy for Wynn to win his heart back completely.
Reality, however, turned out to be far from what they had expected.
Nearly five days had passed since that meal, yet Trevor still hadn’t taken the initiative to contact Wynn.
Even worse, when Wynn proactively went to Fleming Group to look for him, she couldn’t see him at all.
They didn’t believe Trevor was simply too busy.
After all, no matter how busy someone was, they still had time to eat and drink. And if a person truly cared, they would at least send a few messages during meals—or even in between meetings—to explain their schedule or check in.
With Trevor making no effort to reach out, and Wynn repeatedly coming up empty-handed when she went looking for him, they had already vaguely realized the truth.
Trevor was deliberately avoiding her.
What they hadn’t expected, however, was that he wasn’t just avoiding Wynn—he was openly taking Celeste and Jordyn out with him, even to public places like the shopping mall.
Could it be that Trevor’s heart had already completely shifted toward Celeste? Had he reached the point where he no longer cared whether their relationship was exposed?
Once that thought settled in, it wasn’t just Ruby and Linda—even Lilian’s expression darkened.
In an instant, all appetite vanished.
After sitting there a while longer, they stood up and left the private booth.
As they walked out, each of them cast a glance toward where Celeste and Trevor were seated.
Perhaps because there were no private rooms available, Celeste, Trevor, and Jordyn weren’t in a booth. Instead, they were seated in the open dining area.
They watched as Trevor attentively helped Celeste arrange the disposable tableware, fetched food for her, and treated her with an almost instinctive level of care and consideration.
Seeing this, Linda pressed her lips together, discomfort churning in her chest until she could barely breathe.
Yet she didn’t dare say anything—nor did she dare do anything. She simply followed Lilian and the others as they turned and left.
Celeste and Trevor didn’t notice them at all.
In truth, both Celeste and Trevor were used to frequent social engagements and weren’t particularly interested in eating out. Jordyn, however, was in high spirits and ate happily.
After the meal, they stayed with Jordyn for a while longer until she finally began to look sleepy.
They had come in Celeste’s car. For convenience, Trevor had already arranged for a driver to come pick them up.
In the underground parking lot, after saying goodbye to Celeste, Jordyn yawned and climbed into the car.
Celeste was about to leave as well. But when she opened her car door, she realized that Jordyn’s small backpack—and Trevor’s spare phone—had been left inside her car.
Before she could say anything, Trevor seemed to remember too. He walked over, opened her car door, and retrieved both his belongings and Jordyn’s.
After closing the door, he looked at Celeste and said calmly, “Jo and I will head back first. Good night.”
Celeste didn’t respond.
She simply nodded. Without looking at him again, she got into her car. Just as she was about to close the door, she caught sight of Jorge and Xavier standing some distance away.
She paused briefly, then acted as if she hadn’t seen them. She shut the door, started the engine, and drove off.
Following her line of sight, Trevor also noticed Jorge and Xavier. He nodded at them calmly.
Jorge’s expression immediately turned cold.
He had clearly seen Trevor naturally open Celeste’s car door to retrieve his belongings.
That single, casual gesture revealed that their relationship had already been close for quite some time.
Previously, Jorge hadn’t said much to Xavier about the possibility of something going on between Celeste and Trevor.
But now—seeing the two of them together like this—he was completely stunned.
