Seducing My Ex’s Father In Law Chapter 934
My cheeks burned, but my wolf pushed me toward him. As much as I was his… he was mine too.
“Well, I guess this is as far as we go,” my father said, turning to me. His voice softened. “I’m so proud of you, Judy. Your mother and I both are. Even if you’re not our biological child… you will always be our little girl.”
He cupped my face in his warm hand and kissed my forehead. I closed my eyes, soaking in the familiar comfort. No matter what the truth was, he was my dad. And I loved him.
“You’ll always be my dad,” I whispered. “No one could ever replace you.”
Tears shimmered in his eyes as he smiled. He stepped back and nodded to Zachary.
The second I turned, Zachary pulled me into his arms.
“I know I haven’t been there for most of your life,” he said, his voice thick, “but you are still my daughter. I will do whatever it takes to keep you safe. You’re a Blackwell now. That means you have the protection of the Blackwells for the rest of your life. If you ever need anything, you come to me. Understood?”
A choked laugh escaped me as I nodded.
“Yes. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart.”
He smiled, then nudged my arm lightly. “Now go get married.”
Then he looked at Gavin, narrowed his eyes, and pointed a finger at him.
“If you ever hurt her, I will hunt you down, Landry. I don’t care if we’re business partners. I won’t hesitate.”
Gavin smirked and pulled me into his arms, holding me tight—like he had no intention of ever letting go.
“I will never hurt her,” he said firmly. “You have my word. I’m not letting Judy go. Not now. Not ever. She’s mine.”
Zachary studied him for a second, then nodded, tension easing from his shoulders.
“Good,” he said. “That’s what I wanted to hear.”
I laughed softly.
“Go on,” my father urged, gesturing toward the aisle. “It’s time.”
Gavin’s arm wrapped securely around my waist as he guided me forward. The priest stood at the altar with our wedding party, and every face in the crowd was smiling.
We took our place before our family and friends. The priest spoke words of blessing and love, and with every sentence, my heart felt fuller. Gavin never looked away from me. The way he stared at me made me feel like I was the most precious thing in the world.
My heartbeat, once frantic, slowed into a steady rhythm—almost like it was syncing with his. A deep calm settled over me. This felt right. Like every choice, every heartbreak, every twist in my life had led to this exact moment.
My wolf was at peace.
I was marrying my best friend.
When it was time for our vows, Gavin went first. He talked about the first moment he saw me—how he somehow knew I was going to turn his world upside down before he even hired me to tutor his son. Laughter rippled through the guests who knew the story.
He spoke about falling in love with me. About knowing I would be the mother of his future children. About realizing there was no version of his life that didn’t have me in it.
I found myself leaning toward him, craving his closeness. The small smile tugging at his lips told me he knew exactly what I was thinking.
Then it was my turn.
I took a deep breath and looked into his eyes.
“Gavin—”
Gasps and whispers cut me off.
My attention snapped toward the crowd. People weren’t looking at me anymore. They were staring past us—toward the back of the pack church.
It took a second for my brain to register what I was seeing.
And when it did, my heart stopped.
“What is she doing here?” Gavin asked sharply, his voice low as he turned to his beta.
“I don’t know,” Taylor replied, eyes narrowing. “Do you want me to have the guards remove her?”
Gavin was about to answer, but I lifted a hand slightly, stopping him.
I needed to know.
So I turned fully toward her, my voice steady despite the storm building in my chest.
“What are you doing here, Daisy?”
