Rising from the Ashes (Andrew and Lauren) Chapter 3415
“Kneel and submit at my feet!”
The Vampire Queen threw her head back and laughed, her voice dripping with a sinister aura.
The fog in Andrew’s mind grew heavier with every passing second. He knew he couldn’t allow her to keep controlling him like this.
With a sudden burst of clarity, he swung his greatsword in a horizontal slash.
The blood threads snapped instantly.
A violent backlash struck Andrew’s mind, and he let out a low roar as blood sprayed from his mouth.
Even so, he had finally broken free from the Vampire Queen’s control.
High on the throne, the Vampire Queen’s expression turned cold and vicious.
“You dare resist? You’re dead!”
As she spoke, she reached toward Andrew from afar.
His body immediately began to lift off the ground against his will.
But at the last moment, a figure suddenly descended from above, forcing herself between him and the Vampire Queen.
Andrew shouted in surprise and relief. “Shiloh!”
Shiloh’s lips pressed tightly together as she glanced back at him.
Without saying a word, she flashed forward, appearing at the Vampire Queen’s side in an instant.
A phantom form shot out from Shiloh’s body and lunged straight at the Vampire Queen.
From within the Vampire Queen’s body, another phantom form rose to meet it.
The two spiritual forms instantly began battling each other.
Meanwhile, their physical bodies remained completely still.
The Vampire Queen smiled calmly.
“Shiloh Greene, I’ve been waiting for you for a long time.”
Shiloh’s expression remained cold and indifferent.
“Lilith, you’ve lived long enough. Now die.”
The Vampire Queen burst into wild laughter.
“Die? You think you’re worthy of ending me?”
“Even with you joining the Holtrien expedition force, shaking me is nothing but wishful thinking!”
Their spirits tore free from their bodies and clashed violently within the grand hall, locked in a brutal mental battle.
Andrew’s vision spun violently.
It felt as if a blade were slicing through his mind, threatening to tear his consciousness apart.
The pain was unbearable.
But Andrew forced himself to stay conscious.
Gripping Godslayer tightly, he staggered to his feet. With a furious roar, he charged forward again and slashed at the Vampire Queen’s physical body.
A crimson barrier instantly appeared, blocking his attack once more.
Suddenly, Shiloh’s voice echoed in his mind.
“Blood! Andrew, use your own blood. Smear it on the blade and strike this ancient monster.”
Without hesitation, Andrew obeyed.
He dragged his palm across the edge of the sword.
In an instant, the greatsword was coated in his blood.
Gritting his teeth, Andrew swung again.
This time, the protective barrier in front of the Vampire Queen shattered.
For the first time, Andrew stood this close to the supreme being of darkness.
On the spiritual plane, the Vampire Queen was still locked in fierce combat with Shiloh.
The entire Blood Sanctum began to tremble violently.
Chunks of stone crashed down from the towering dome above.
It looked as though the entire structure was about to collapse.
This was the sheer power of two peak supreme beings clashing.
The Vampire Queen remained seated calmly on her throne.
Her expression didn’t change as she looked at Andrew.
“So, you broke one layer of my shield. And what of it?”
“Do you know why your pathetic little strength was able to break through that barrier?”
Andrew didn’t answer.
He raised his sword and slashed again.
He did want to know why his blood could penetrate her defense—but killing this monster mattered far more.
The Vampire Queen laughed loudly.
“You really are just like Valerius. Ruthless and heartless.”
She casually lifted her right hand.
Andrew’s greatsword was knocked straight out of his grasp.
