Rising from the Ashes (Andrew and Lauren) Chapter 3385
Andrew’s expression hardened instantly.
Nyx’s fingers tightened around the hilt of her blade.
The name itself carried weight.
“The Blood Queen…” Nyx murmured.
Joe blinked, looking between them in confusion.
“…Okay, clearly I missed something. Who exactly are we talking about?”
Andrew answered quietly, his voice serious.
“The ruler of the Western Dark Clans.”
“The one the Dark Trinity follows.”
Joe’s jaw slowly dropped.
“…You mean that Blood Queen?”
Shiloh nodded calmly.
“Yes.”
She walked a few steps across the chamber, her gaze distant as if looking through time itself.
“When my memories were incomplete, I could only recall fragments.”
“But now… I remember everything.”
Her eyes turned colder.
“More than a hundred years ago, the Dark Clans tried to expand into Holtrien.”
Nyx folded her arms.
“And you stopped them.”
Shiloh gave a faint nod.
“I killed two Crimson Flame High Oracles during that war.”
Her gaze darkened.
“But the true leader behind the invasion was her.”
“The Blood Queen.”
Joe whistled softly.
“…So you two have history.”
Shiloh stopped walking.
“History is one way to describe it.”
Andrew studied her carefully.
“How strong was she back then?”
Shiloh answered without hesitation.
“At least Beyond Mortal.”
Nyx’s eyebrows rose slightly.
“Back then?”
Shiloh turned to look at Andrew.
“If she has awakened recently like I did…”
“…she is much stronger now.”
Andrew didn’t look surprised.
Instead, a faint smile appeared at the corner of his mouth.
“Good.”
Nyx glanced at him sideways.
“You say that like you’re looking forward to it.”
Andrew shrugged lightly.
“An enemy worth fighting is always welcome.”
Joe groaned.
“You two are insane.”
Shiloh suddenly looked directly at Andrew.
“There’s something else you should know.”
“What?”
“The Blood Queen and I…”
“…are not the only ones who survived from that era.”
Andrew’s eyes sharpened again.
“How many?”
Shiloh thought for a moment.
“At least three others I know of.”
Nyx exhaled slowly.
“Great. Ancient monsters waking up all over the place.”
Joe rubbed his forehead.
“And here I thought the Crimson Flame Cult was our biggest problem.”
Andrew glanced around the vault one last time.
The gold had completely dulled.
The pedestal was destroyed.
The spirit had vanished.
The Greene family’s thousand-year secret had ended tonight.
“Let’s leave,” Andrew said.
“No reason to stay here.”
As they turned toward the exit, Shiloh paused for a moment.
Her eyes lingered briefly on the broken stone fragments.
Then she whispered quietly—
“Goodbye.”
Moments later, the four of them stepped out of the vault and back into the cool mountain night.
The moon hung high above the peaks.
But the world outside had already begun to change.
Far away in the western continent—
Inside a vast black castle built from obsidian stone—
A woman slowly opened her crimson eyes.
Blood-red moonlight poured through the tall windows.
Around her, dozens of Dark Clan lords knelt in absolute silence.
A cold smile touched her lips.
“Shiloh Greene…”
Her voice was soft, ancient, and filled with anticipation.
“So you finally woke up too.”
The Blood Queen rose slowly from her throne.
“Good.”
Her eyes burned like red fire.
“This time…”
“…our war will end properly.”
