When we stepped over the border, I started to relax. Being in Alpha Carlos territory always made my skin crawl. Especially when I learned who my birth parents were, yes the people I told were my parents was not really that. After I got older I was given a key to a safety box, where I found documentation about everything.

No, I was not kidnapped, not in that sense, anyway. The woman I thought was my mom had been my nanny when I was born and when my parents were killed. She fled with me and somehow managed to convince my parents’ killer I was her son. She saved my life.

When I first learned about this, I was furious. I wanted revenge, and I went to get it. But when I got there, I posed as a stray wolf, and when he said I was a good fighter, they trained me. We found a hotel, and I was about to order a room with two beds, but Rose stopped me and said one bed.

Come back every night until I find her. And then I can bring you to her. It will go faster.” I suggest and hold her close in my arms.

“It is not a bad idea, I have a picture of her. But don’t ask too many questions if she hears, she might run.” She says.

“Don’t worry, I won’t, you will get a chance to get answers,” I promise her.

We sit here for a long time, and after a while I can hear her breathing calmly, and she has fallen asleep in my arms.

When I wake up, I feel Enzo’s arms around me still, and I hear the faint sound of his breathing, telling me he is sleeping. I carefully move his arms and get out of bed and I find my phone and open my family chat and see that they all have been writing.

After closing the chat, I quietly left the room and went to find some food. I walked down the streets, and

it is obvious that this town was a

human town. After walking for a

while, found a place selling pizzles

which looked better than any pizza I had seen. So I ordered a large one and two colas and went back to the hotel. I sat outside the restaurant, enjoying the peace and quiet.

The charming, small Italian human woman serving inside came outside and told

me my pizza was ready. I paid for the food and started walking back to the hotel.
