Chapter 2609
As the tsunami surged forward, it felt like the entire world went dark.
A massive hurricane exploded outward, howling in every direction.
In a flash, the entire harbor was engulfed in chaos—sand and rocks flying, smoke and dust billowing into the sky.
Boom—!
The thousand-meter-high wave crashed down on the port with devastating force.
Every ship anchored there was smashed to splinters in an instant, swallowed whole by the raging sea and lost without a trace.
And it wasn’t just the ships. Buildings near the port, harbor facilities, everything—
All of it crumbled like paper in the face of that unstoppable force.
The power and destruction unleashed by the tsunami were beyond anything Tristan could’ve imagined.
Even from a distance, the sight made his scalp crawl and his heart pound with fear.
In just moments, the entire port vanished beneath the water, and the massive zombie horde nearby was engulfed too.
The tsunami didn’t stop—it surged forward, rolling for miles.
Everything in its path—houses, trees, undead creatures—was swept away as if it were nothing.
Eventually, after completely submerging the entire zombie army, the tsunami finally began to slow… then stopped altogether.
Hovering above the sea, Logan suddenly raised one hand and made a seal.
He tapped the air lightly above the water.
“Seal it.”
With a deep, echoing boom, a massive formation appeared above the sea.
It spanned nearly a thousand meters in radius, and the instant it took shape, the air temperature dropped sharply.
The blazing sun vanished, replaced by a frigid, bitter cold.
The tsunami froze on the spot.
Waves turned to solid ice in an instant.
The sea creatures caught in the water, the wreckage of shattered ships, the broken remains of buildings—and the countless zombies—all froze solid.
At first, it was just a portion.
But as the cold spread, the frozen zone expanded rapidly.
Within two minutes, every area touched by seawater had turned into a frozen wasteland.
“Terrifying… absolutely terrifying…”
Even after stepping out of the helicopter, Tristan stood before the frozen ocean, wide-eyed and stunned.
His scalp tingled just looking at it.
With a single touch, this man had frozen miles of ocean solid.
This level of magical power was beyond anything Tristan had ever even heard of.
And freezing such a vast area of seawater was arguably even harder than creating a thousand-meter tsunami.
Summoning a wave meant moving water.
But freezing it? That meant transforming its state—an entirely different level of energy and control.
“The land-bound immortals truly surpass the limits of humanity,” Milton said in awe. “Only someone like that could wipe out a crisis like this so effortlessly.”
In an instant, tens of thousands of undead—resistant to bullets and immune to flames—had been neutralized.
Not even modern military weapons could do what Logan had just done.
“It’s not over yet.”
Tristan narrowed his eyes, still watching that glowing white figure in the sky.
Even after freezing the entire sea, Logan didn’t leave.
Instead, he slowly lifted one hand again—then brought it down, hard, toward the frozen surface.
Buzz—!
A blinding golden palm appeared out of thin air.
It was enormous—like a mountain descending from the sky—and it slammed down toward the ice below.
The glowing palm blanketed the sky, radiating overwhelming pressure.
Just witnessing it from afar sent waves of dread through every fiber of the body.
Bang!!
The giant palm struck the ice with a deafening explosion.
The shockwave rippled through the air as the earth rumbled.
The impact shattered the frozen layer instantly, reducing it to powder.
Fine cracks spiderwebbed outward in every direction, rapidly spreading for miles.
And wherever the cracks reached, the ice crumbled—and everything on it with it.
The entire zombie army, frozen moments before, shattered like glass.
Their bodies—said to be immune to swords, fire, and bullets—were destroyed completely.
The dead energy and corpse poison within them were wiped out.
There was no chance of recovery. No second wave. No return.
They were gone.
The power of that single strike left both Tristan and Milton speechless—staring in stunned silence at the scene before them.
