An Understated Dominance Chapter 2344 – “Congratulations, Brother Fenley, for making it to the top eight! You’re just one step away from winning the championship!” Kassidy greeted Fenley with excitement as he returned to his seat.

“Kamden’s sword technique was impressive, but your Four Symbols of the Heavenly God Technique is even better, Brother Fenley. Kamden may have lost, but he can still hold his head high.” Noemi smiled, a touch of pride lighting up her face.

Initially, Noemi was worried when she saw Kamden’s incredible sword control. However, once Fenley unleashed his Heavenly God Technique, her concerns vanished. She knew then that the outcome was inevitable.

“Defeating Kamden was easy, but the championship is still far from won,” Fenley said with a modest smile. Though confident, he wasn’t overconfident.

These two were Fenley’s biggest obstacles to victory.

“It’s a nice thought, but it depends on tomorrow’s draw. Sometimes, luck plays a big role,” Fenley said with a knowing smile.

If he faced Glenn, Fenley felt about 50% confident. If both were at their peak, the fight’s outcome would be unpredictable. But if Glenn had to battle Abigail first and was left exhausted or injured, that would give Fenley a significant advantage.

In his previous match, Glenn hadn’t even lifted a finger. His opponent had surrendered out of fear.

“Who’s going up against Glenn?” Fenley asked, scanning the crowd.

Moments later, a tall man with sharp features and bright eyes stood up and confidently strode onto the stage, holding a silver spear.

“The leader of the Boulderthorn guild, Louis?” Fenley remarked, recognizing the man.

Boulderthorn was a well-known martial arts guild with over 10,000 disciples across Balerno. Its leaders were typically experienced, older warriors, but Louis was an exception. At just 30, he had already become the guild’s leader, a position usually reserved for those over 50. This alone proved his exceptional skills.

“I’ve heard of Louis. He’s a spear master who usually defeats his opponents with a single strike. He’s very strong,” Kassidy added. “Does that mean Glenn has met his match?”

Noemi responded thoughtfully, “Perfect. Let Louis’s spear test Glenn’s sword today and see what he’s really capable of.”

Though Louis was an exceptional spear fighter, Noemi knew it would take a lot for him to defeat Glenn. Still, he might at least force Glenn to show his true strength.

“I’m Louis from Boulderthorn guild,” Louis announced confidently, gripping his spear tightly and giving Glenn a respectful nod. His face showed no fear, only determination and the thrill of battle.

Defeating Glenn, the top-ranked warrior, would make Louis famous across the world.

“I don’t care who you are,” Glenn responded coolly, his eyes icy. “Surrender now, or I won’t hold back.”

“Surrender? You underestimate me!” Louis retorted, his expression hardening. “I know you’re powerful, but don’t think I’m weak. If we fight for real, you won’t come out unscathed!”

“Is that so? Let’s hope you don’t regret it,” Glenn replied, his face still unreadable.

“Both contestants ready? The match begins!” Orion Foster announced, stepping off the stage.

“You arrogant fool! Prepare yourself!” Louis shouted, charging forward with his spear aimed directly at Glenn.

Glenn remained calm, lifting a single finger toward Louis.

In a flash, a brilliant white light shot from Glenn’s finger, moving with lightning speed. It pierced Louis’s chest before he could even react.

Louis froze, his attack halted mid-air. A second later, he collapsed to the ground with a heavy thud, his eyes still open, lifeless.
