An Understated Dominance Chapter 1951 –The next day, early morning.
The sound of footsteps outside the tent abruptly woke Dustin up before it got completely bright.
He immediately stood up and was secretly on guard.
Soon, Mr. Will’s voice came: “Miss Linsor, it’s bad; something happened outside!”
Mr. Will stood outside the tent to report and did not enter rashly.
“Um?”
Hearing the noise, Grace slowly opened her eyes, slid out of the sleeping bag, put on her coat, and asked, “Mr. Will, what’s wrong?”
“I just did a routine inspection and saw a large number of gerbils around the camp. I followed the gerbils’ movements and found that the supplies we had stored had been destroyed by the gerbils.”Mr. Will said it in a panic.
“What?”
Upon hearing this, Grace’s expression instantly became solemn, and she quickly opened the tent and walked out, saying in a deep voice, “Didn’t I arrange for people to take turns on guard? Why are they still being attacked by gerbils?”
“I don’t know what happened. When the problem just happened, it was already too late.” Mr. Will said it with a sad face.
“Let’s go! Go over and take a look!”
Grace didn’t say much and immediately rushed to the place where supplies were stored.
This time, just in case, she carried various survival supplies and used a large number of camels to carry them.
Before dark, she ordered people to keep an eye on it. Unexpectedly, something happened to the supplies just after she slept.
When Grace and others rushed to the material storage location, they found thousands of gerbils running around.
Food, water, and various supplies were scattered all over the floor.
Some members of the escort team were struggling to drive away the surrounding gerbils.
However, these gerbils didn’t seem to be afraid of people at all, and they ate all kinds of food.
Seeing this, Grace couldn’t help but frown slightly.
Gerbils were timid and cautious by nature, and it was rare for them to blatantly snatch human food like this.
The most important thing was that not only were the gerbils numerous in number, but they were also going crazy and couldn’t be driven away.
Most of the survival supplies she carried this time had been destroyed.
If Mr. Will hadn’t discovered it early, the gerbils would have looted all the supplies before dawn.
“These d*mn be@sts! How dare they steal our things? Kill them all!” Mr. Will cursed angrily.
After receiving the order, the members of the escort team took out their weapons and began to hunt the gerbils without caring about anything else.
With the sound of gunfire and slashing, one after another, the gerbils fell into a pool of blood.
Seemingly frightened, the group of gerbils that had been robbing them violently before finally began to flee in all directions.
After a while, they disappeared without a trace, leaving only hundreds of gerbil corpses.
However, to the Gerbil group, this loss was nothing.
Because of the gunfire, everyone in the camp had been awakened.
Everyone’s faces were particularly ugly when they saw the mess on the ground.
Along the way, they also experienced a lot of troubles, such as sandstorms, quicksand areas, poisonous snakes, and scorpions.
But there were all near misses, and with adequate preparation, nothing was lost.
However, now, a sudden rat plague has destroyed most of their supplies.
